Ideas begin to take shape. During this phase we explore the overall direction of the project through preliminary layouts, space planning, and early design concepts. We establish the framework for how the space functions while introducing the design language that will guide future decisions.

Once a direction is established, we refine and build upon the vision. Materials, finishes, furnishings, fixtures, and key design details are thoughtfully selected and coordinated to create a cohesive experience. This phase translates ideas into a clear and intentional design strategy.

Clarity is essential to execution. We prepare detailed drawing packages and supporting documentation that communicate design intent and provide the information required for pricing, consultant coordination, permitting, and construction. These documents serve as the roadmap that moves ideas into reality.

Design does not end at presentation. Throughout construction and implementation, we remain involved to help guide the process, answer questions, coordinate with consultants and trades, review progress, and ensure the design vision is carried through with care and consistency.
